City of Africa
Comprehensive Master Plan 2026

A city built by Africans, for Africa, and for the world. Spanning 3,600 prime hectares along the N11 highway corridor, this transformative development integrates 21 anchor industrial companies, a full diplomatic quarter, and Africa’s first 100% renewable urban grid. With capacity for 150,000 residents and over 500,000 daily commuters, it represents the continent’s most ambitious greenfield city project since independence — designed to attract global capital while empowering local communities and diaspora investors alike.

01 · Strategic Context

The City of Africa is a master-planned urban ecosystem in Baltimore, Limpopo — positioned on the N11 highway, gateway to Botswana, Zimbabwe & Mozambique. Beyond its logistical advantages, the city integrates 21 anchor industrial companies that will produce everything from green hydrogen to medical devices, a dedicated diplomatic district with 80 embassy plots, and a 100% renewable energy grid powered by solar, wind, and hydrogen storage. The 15‑minute city model ensures every resident can access work, education, healthcare, and recreation within a quarter‑hour walk or cycle, radically reducing congestion and emissions while improving quality of life. This is not merely a real estate project; it is a continental statement of self‑determination.

“The City of Africa is not a promise. It is land, plans, 21 companies ready to manufacture, a hospital ready to heal, homes ready to be lived in. Investment is open to everyone — from the diaspora professional to the global institution. The question is no longer whether Africa can build a world‑class city — the question is: will you be part of it?”
